BACKGROUND:
Master Chef, Richard Rosendale, former head chef of The Greenbriar Restaurant, considered various cities to open his first restaurant but chose, Columbus. Arccon Construction was recommended by a local developer, to build out the restaurant in a building owned by the developer, for this exciting new high-end dining experience. In the 1908 Dining Issue of the Columbus Monthly Magazine, Rosendale’s was voted “The Best of The Best.” Come and see for yourself.
